I have been reading this board for a month, and I'm ready to jump in!

I wanted to get educated opinions on where the chip below is from. I have it, and it is also currently for sale on E-Bay, and is described as from the Union Plaza, LV (TCR #N7014). It appears to match the description in The Chip Rack: mustard color, small key mold, 3 blue inserts, HS gold of 'Plaza Casino'.

But I have also heard that it could be from a casino in Cuba by the same name.

Any opinions? TCR has it going for $150 if it is from LV. If it is from somewhere else, I would appreciate an estimated value.
