I believe it was mid 1995, when a chipper tried to sell me these chips. He guarenteed me they were from the Apache Hotel. I passed. A few weeks later there was a coin show at the Sands Expo. Howard Herz had some on his table, as The Spokane Club. Case closed as far as I was concerned. Convention 98, there was a different chipper still had them labled as Apache. I told him and he changed it.

Another case of chippers believing what suits them best, instead of looking for information.
BTW, I finally bought the black $10 T mold and white 25¢ harp mold for $2 each at a flea market. The guy also told me Apache Hotel. My answer was "Yeah right, I will give you $2 each." He said deal.
