Re: P.S. FOR THE RECORD--(long post)

Janice,
I think that most of us would just as soon see Paulson stop selling these phantasy chips. But there is a market for them, just as there is a market for prints of the Mona Lisa, or copies of Tiffany lamps.

The best thing the club can do is try, in a positive manner, to educate both the sellers, and the potential buyers of exactly what they are getting. This has been done successfuly, in many cases. I believe that in most of these cases this has been accomplished, not by name-calling and threats, but in patiently helping the sellers provide better descriptions.

Admittedly, Mark's has been a tough nut to crack, but I believe that, with patience, we can reach a solution to this problem that will be satisfactory to chippers and Mark, and will be informative and helpful to both Mark, and his potential customers. The keys are patience and courtesy on both sides.
