Eastman's book shows an identical design on a 5c chip and calls it Horseshoe Club, Gardena, CA (closed in 1989). There is another listing for the same club that does list a 25c chip with SMCRWN mold but the picture is just a black blob. Your chip is likely from California, Rich, and worth probably $15-25 if you find the right California collector.
