I am not a Chip person, but any graphic that you post on the internet, including images of Chips that you own, gets downloaded to everyones computer that view it. I believe unless it is a copyrighted object it is in the public domain. As a matter of fact YOU may be violating the casino's copyright, by putting images of their chips on the the net.
Misrepresentation may be another issue, if this unique he can't sell what he doesn't own, but he may have one like and not want to bother scanning it. You've done the work for him already.

Bottom line is if you don't want other people using this graphic, don't put on the net.
