The 4,000 to 5,000 people a day is an estimate arrived at by the Trop marketing department. In Steve's words, they are going to coupon it to the limit. Fun books, ad coupons, etc. They know if they put out xxx coupons - x amount will be redeemed. The actual paid gate probably won't pay for the employees salaries. The museum is being used to draw tourists to the property not the museum.

So all the cheap chipper, higher in the thread, has to do is obtain a coupon.
