IMHO, The only guy that ever said the RGS arrowdie was used at the Red Garter Saloon was the same guy that was originally selling the RGS chips. They were put into the market and all of a sudden, no one can remember who actually made the attributation 1st.

Sometimes chips become what collectors want them to be rather than what they originally were. I know several chippers that can put a name with initial chips faster than you can show them the chip!!!!!
