we have purchased chips off ebay and make sure in the description what it says. we have also contacted the seller before bidding if we have any questions. especially to verify what their shipping costs are. some sellers really jack up the shipping, so we are very wary of them. All the chips we have received, so far, have been in great shape and as described.
