I did in one case. Dealer didn't describe damage. I was able to return them without fuss and with an apology. However, whenever I bid on chips with a high value, I post the dealer and specifically ask if there is wear or damage not mentioned in the ad or shown in the picture. Course with some dealers I don't have to do that because of accurate statements of condition.
