I never paid attention to the price. The fact that they are misrepresented is the pertinent point. Watever the final price winds up to be $10, $100, or $1000, it doesn't matter. If you think you won actual casino chips, shouldn't that be the case. A fraud is a fraud regardless of the price. I hope you're not saying it is perfectly fine to misrepresent an item as long as its fairly price. What does fairly priced mean? These are auctions. If he stated I'm pricing these at $10 and will not accept a higher bid, then I'll agree they are fairly priced. Get two newbies bidding against each other, then these 'fairly marked chips' rapidly become a ripoff. Should we wait til after an auction to something?
