National Public Radio (NPR) in Minnestoa is reporting that a referendum passed that would allow Northern Lights Casino located in Walker MN to expand. The expanded casino would contain approximately 1,000 slot machines, an expanded hotel, a day care center, a convention center, and spaces for RV's. No time line was given as to when construction would begin, finish, or if any new chips or tokens would be issued in conection with this. News will follow as it becomes available.
