Here's the letter I received in 1996 regarding the $10 Silver Strikes.

What the Company has since done is to move the ".999 Fine Silver" inscription onto the actual Silver Center Insert portion of the tokens.

AND, as an added note there are casino's which have $20 Silver Strikes. These tokens are also of two piece construction. However they are reversed!

The Outer Ring is SOLID SILVER and stamped ".999 Fine Silver", and the centers are BRASS with GOLD PLATING. Talk about still confusing the average consumer, not to mention loads of coin dealers who weigh them and pay spot silver prices for them... Althogh the spot silver prices are GREAT if you take them back and redeem them.
