Look in "The Gaming Table-2" on p.284 for a picture & location.
It is a clay composition chip with silver die-cut filligre inlay
from the Monte Carlo Casino in Monaco. Most are drilled and placed
on bracelets with about 6-8 other MC chips. Value is about $10 drilled.
