Katie,
Please don't discount the reputation of one of our members from partial information. There are a number of reasons that chips haven't been received by the buyer, none of which are intentional, and all of which would be rectified by a CC>CC member if apprised of the situation and given a reasonable time to investigate.
For example, I agreed to purchase a chip from a fellow member and sent payment for the item. Several weeks passed and i hadn't received the chip. After trading a few e-mails with him, it was discovered that he had used the wrong address due to a mixup with a company that issues my checks having the wrong address printed on the check they issued to him. Since I authorize the isuance of checks electronically through my home finance software, I was never aware that the address being used on the checks they issued was 3 years old. He is now dealing with the Post Office to find the packagge and have it delivered to the correct address.
Please get all the facts before making any decision on someone's integrity.
