You might want to contact some of the hotels individually. I went to the inaugural event, stayed at the Stardust, and last year they sent me a flier about the race this year, don't remember if they had a package that included tickets to the races (they usually run a Busch series race on Saturday in Vegas, Sam's Town has been the sponsor of that one).

One thing your sons want to do TONIGHT is, reserve a rental car. I don't know about this year's race weekend, but last year, many NASCAR fans found themselves on buses or in taxicabs going to the race because the city was out of rental cars. While the traffic was crawling into the track last year, about 5 miles from the track I had a cab beside me. I asked the driver what the meter read, and he said "$47.50 and counting". If you've got to fight the traffic, you don't want to be paying for it in 1/3 minute incrimentals!
