I read the posts to, from, & about "onlinedeals". I have a question. In one of the posts, this individual threatened to report someone to their ISP. I know what an ISP is, but why should an ISP give a hoot about what someone does when that someone is "on line"? I've heard of this reporting threat before, and now I'm curious. Can anyone explain this?
