No John, not all all to ME, BUT if I were the high bidder at $16, I'd be ticked!
First of all, the bidders are being misled for in the auction listing page, they ask "How Many". We could argue that that means HOW MANY THE SELLER IS OFFERING or HOW MANY THE SELLER HAS. Let's assume we agree that it means how many I'm offering. I've sold (or tried to sell) dupicate items on ebay before. Whatever the original item was sold for is what I start the dupe at in ANOTHER auction.
I've never offered dupes to underidders in my auctions. I've contacted high bidders who've not met reserve to try to make a deal but that's the only way, if the item does not meet reserve.
