It was me with the Arrowhead chips. There have been a few murmers saying the chips have been found elsewhere, but I am confident they wre used in Saratoga at least part of the year. The Saratoga clubs were usually only opened for the August racing season and I suppose the chips might have moved during off season. The picture below is one of the chips.
