The article I read today said CC was pulling out because the income was insigifiant on their bottom line. They gave notice over a year ago. They had a 20 year lease and it expires later this year. CC will absorb most employees into their other properties.

The article said the owner was actively seeking someone to lease the property to and have been seeking for the past year.
No word on the street pertaining to a new building.
