The last time I went to Lake Tahoe I stayed at Harrah's and my room key was the Saflok type that you have pictured. It doesn't say Harra's on it, but they use 'em. I also have a room key from the LV Hilton (different from the one you have pictured) and it is also small. Perhaps they built a new tower with different door lock devices?? I don't know.
