Eric Steiner was the name! Thanks for the reminder. He was a friend of my father, who went there on occasion and who gave me this chip a long time ago. Somehow I've kept it for 30+ years. I didn't know this was a collector item until recently and don't really care to sell it, but I was curious about walue.

It's 2 inch diameter. Plastic, pink, with a transparent reddish center 1 inch diameter with a moire and other patterns and &10. Also has the number 0271 on the outer rim.
