Eric Steiner's Pair of Shoes was one of the hottest ganing clubs in London during the 60s. It was a frequent hangout for Hollywood types and offered craps and poker in addition to the usual roulette, 21 and (at the time) chemin de fer.
I don't know, but I wouldn't imagine there are many of those around.
