Greg, I have been on the Stardancer a few times & never heard mention that the boat was owned by an Indian tribe. I have no idea who ordered the chips, but I have a feeling that they may have originally been made for a tribal operation. Those scenes are not anything that I have recently seen on South Beach or for that matter in Ft. Lauderdale! I'll do some checking when I sail the next time.
