This promises to be one of the most popular chips in the history of Las Vegas, crossing boundaries between chip collectors and political junkies ... popular rumour has it that a chartered Lear is coming in tonight from NYC to pick up some chips. There are few on the political landscape who have first name recognition - Mayor Oscar Goodman (or should I say Governor Goodman in the forseeable future) is one of them.
