Jeeze Jerry, you're right next door to Minnesota (last time I looked) and it took longer to get to you than other areas of the country (I'm in Colorado, and haven't received my copy yet).

I've done bulk mailings for my own business, and to those that might not know, the "junk" rate is the reason that first class is still cheap. We have to sort it before we send it, saving the USPS time. They, in turn shouldn't pile it up in a corner until it's convenient to put it on a truck.

....have there been any disgruntled postal patrons incidents? There could be in the future.... ...and while we're on the subject of the post office, why can't they issue 33 cent stamps for the approved rate increase scheduled to start at the 1st of the year???? They are issuing a letter stamp instead (H I think). A quasi-governmentally controlled business that showed a nine figure profit last year can't use three months to get the number right on their own new issue? Give me a break!
