Do patrons sign a waiver to use these machines?

I can just see the first patrons family suing over the death of a loved one.

My HMO makes patients sign a waiver when treadmills are done on them.

I can just see a 90 year old lady colapsing and dying.

Well, I guess we won't see too many in Laughlin. :>)
