There was a big to do over a customer cashing a $500 notched chip in MS.
Chip salesmen are now thinking they will be able to sell their samples once they leave the Co.
These are 2 reasons they might not send you notched chips.
I acquired all of mine from salesmen that have since left the companies and non LV salesmen. In the past, I have had dupes and gave them to anyone who asked.
