Hey Bob, Glad to see you're doing well. My left hip replacement cost the insurance company $63,000!! I had to pay $2,000 out of pocket. When I left the surgeon's office after my most recent follow-up, I asked if I would have gotten some sort of discount if I had both replaced at the same time. He smiled & said, "With your ####### attitude in the hospital, I should have charged you an additional fee for MY pain & suffering!" Needless to say, he won't be doing the right hip.
