Here's a link to current auction for a 4-piece SS Titanic set from "jaxico" seller that Jim Reilly mentions. Don't know if this seller is related to the New Mexico seller that Archie posted about or not?? When I have seen these chips for auction, the image link has always been broken, as it is now. Note that it does (now) mention facimile in the description.

The erroneous aspects about the chips that Jim points out are good observations. I also recall that when Bob Stupak was trying to "float" his Titanic hotel project, that the owners of RMS Titanic, Inc. gave notice to Stupak about protecting their trademark (and/or copyright) ownership.
