... from Tennessee. Sandy & appreciate the many expressions of sympathy, both here and private. We were able to get back to Tennessee in time for her to join her family and be with her mother when she died (peacefully, thanks to modern medicine). We also stayed the better part of a week after so Sandy could spend some time with her father.

I hope this doesn't appear as a duplicate submission; my computer disconnnected me just as I was posting it, then got a "duplicate submission" notice when I logged back on and tried to post again, but it wasn't there when I reloaded the board and I couldn't get "back" to it from the duplicate submission window. So, I wrote it again and will repost.
