From Archie's description, the ad is close to be fraudulent as it almost promises that the chips are from Casinos. They are not casinos. And as Archie said in his letter to the publication, it is the defenseless beginner who suffers by thinking he is getting a casino chip and laying out far too much money for it. I have a "set" of the Cleopatra chips--they are very nice but I bought them with my eyes open wide.
Robert--I usually agree with your considerate and helpful postings--but on this one I side with Archie. I reposted his post to CASINO as a service to all of us--though most of the CASINO subscribers are probably veteran collectors.
