I left out of the prior post something interesting. Very correctly, the Gambler's Book Club, which reprinted the catalog, had printed in the upper right hand corner of the COVER (the very first page) of the catalog this inscription: "Reprinted by Gambler's Book Club...$2.50

Box 4115, Las Vegas NV 89106"
They did this, in part, no doubt to prevent it being mistaken for an original old catalog.

Now, if you look at the eBay seller's auction, you will see that the scan (conveniently!) left that part out.
