As you may have read, David Cassidy will be replacing Danny Gans at the Rio in 2000. New chips? Surely, the Rio will pull the old ones. But Harrah's in Vegas has not followed the "lead" of other Harrahs with a host of new chip racks--indeed, most of the ones I play with look like they were picked off the back alley.
