Jim Blanchard of Atlantic Molding once told me in 1990 that the chip was distributed by Bar Mart, also known as Tavern Supply. The only other thing I know about it is that I own 3 red-pinkish ones of this mold with"Hotel Cafe" hot-stamped on one side, and $1.00 on the reverse. (Same type style as yours BTW) Got those chips in 1995 and was told by the antique show dealer they were current chips, that the Hotel Cafe was in Renton, Washington. Ask the Hotel whom they got the chips from?
