Actually my point was to elevate the crime of reintroduction far above the crime of subversive posession. Apparently I didn't go far enough.

In case anyone is wondering about my own personal moral standards on this issue, I would never pocket roulette chips without first asking permission. I never ever want a casino to turn me away at the door. I would trade for known contraband roulette chips (a clear case of aiding and abetting). I would most likely refuse to associate with a known reintroducer. At a minimum, I would say very stern, unflattering things to him.
