Kelly, in her [his] inimitable fashion, has posted a message to the effect that North Carolina has licensed a casino for Winston Salem that will offer table games and have chips--says that it is legal because when you leave you exchange chips for a promisory note that you send to South Carolina which will then repay you. Now I am fairly gullible but this one sounds over the wall. Of course, being a Yankee, I jes don unnerstand you ole boys atall. But is there a shred of truth in that report?
