How do you think this whole question came about? I've been asking numerous times what the Crest and Seal was. Of course I don't know what it is. If I know, why would I ask?
As far as the signing of General Powell's book is concerned, I didn't have to ask him about a money back guarantee as I already new the policy of the "Price Club" which is where he was signing autographs. They would have refunded my money gladly if asked. But you see, I knew who Colin Powell was before I purchaed the book.
And let me repeat once again in larger letters, I DO NOT KNOW WHY THOSE INITIALED CHIPS ARE CALLED CREST AND SEAL. I don't see the crest or do I see a seal. In my 20 plus years of schooling I do not know how to make this any clearer to you. Would Pig-Latin be easier to understand?
