Sorry I stepped on your toes. But tell me just one thing if its not infringing upon your integrity John. Would you buy a book not knowing what is inside, or if you are not sure if you are interested in the subject matter?
At least, after an inquiry or two, I found out what an illegal chips was. Now if I were to start collecting them, then I expect It would behove me to buy the book. The same holds true of any other type of chip or item. But I first must know what I am buying.
Now, I will get the answer to my question, possibly not from you but from someone else who will tell me in one sentence why the picture shown previousely is called a crest and seal. If at that time, I decide that I might be interested in acquiring those types of chips and really want to go into the fine details then I would consider buying a book, if in fact, the subject matter were included.
As I mentioned previousely, I didn't even know a book existed for these types of chips, no less who wrote it or what the price is. But in any case, I would never consider buying any type of book without first perusing it or with a money back guarantee.
The one book that I do have, albeit an earlier edition, is the Chip Rack. But even at that, I was able to browse throught it before I purchased it.
