Atchie, Should the used car salesman tell the buyer
the car was a wreck and.....? Of course.

Should the person buying the car (chip) know if the
chip is not perfectly flat, been altered, oiled,
harshley cleaned/buffed or bleached? I know your
answer is yes, but how is the newer collector going
to know these things if he is not buying the chip from
the person who may have altered (restored) the
chip???
