I have heard of people using the Microwave routine to flatten chips. Yet if the chip has a hot stamp, sometimes the "Gold Hot Stamp" looks like it either has bubbles under it, or is "boiling"...

I would recommend caution when using a Microwave...

I have also heard of people using the oven, and slowly heating up the chip to 150 degrees F. Then letting it cool slowly. I'm not sure how they flattened the chip, if it was weighted during the heating process or by other means while it was hot.

I have a Dunes 25c GHS Poker Room chip that is warped, and have been pondering this as well... Needless to say, I haven't done anything to the chip - yet...
