Steve-what I'm saying is that I didn't see anything "deceitful" or "a lie" in the ebay add as Michele stated and used for her justification for inserting herself into a transaction between people that was none of her concern. For example, I don't see anything in the wording of the add that implies that only 1 of these chips exist, as Michele states in a later post. I believe the buyer has a responsibility to research things before he buys. If someone is serious enough about chips to bid 80+ dollars for a single chip, then he should be knowledgable enough to know where to ask the right questions. The number of these chips available is easy to find out. Just as people should not bid on original works of art or antiques if they are not knowledgable, the same goes for chips. I don't think you are suggesting that everytime someone sells a chip, they should be responsible for disclosing everyone else they know who is selling a chip and for what price. If I go to a chip show, and a dealer is selling a chip for ten bucks, is he being deceitful if he fails to say "by the way, Joe is selling them ten tables down for 8 bucks? Now, if the ebay ad said something like, "only 1 known" or something, and the dealer knew that to be false, that's a different story. But I've yet to see anyone say what was the false statement in the ebay ad, in which case I think Michele should stay out of it. regards, Mike
