Keep in mind that things appear to be more serious when they are in print. You can't see the smirk on someones face or hear the inflection in their voices in a bb message. I've learned to read the bb and imagine that the participants are all sitting around a big table or at a bar.

Many of the nastiest messages I've read are from people who I know to be very nice! In fact, I can't think of a single person on this board who I don't like. In person, they all seem reasonable and friendly. Some of them have some strange ideas sometime, but overall they are a great group of people. <G>

Just keep reading and soon you will get a feel for things.
