Just looked in TCR 6th, and would add this informaton for anyone who cares.All the edges of the chips and inserts are the same for all issues. I'm sure the authors didn't have a copy of the 1999 chip at the time it went to press.
Also of note, but no cue as to value. There was a umbered set 1 of 25 LE of this same 1999 cowboy poetry. Some were auctioned and some salted onto the tables.

I asked someone in upper managment and he didn't know anyone who had one, and did not know what the five went for at auction. If anyone finds one of these, it's an unusual chip.
