Andy, I don't know about a poker room but I can help you with the other.

You can fly directly into Gulfport which is just a mile or two from Biloxi. Actually it is hard to tell where one stops and the other one starts. Or, you can fly into New Orleans and rent a car. New Orleans is just 1.5 hours away. I always fly into Gulfport myself. I plan to drive this year though.
