I am a very new member of the club, and although I've read the above post twice, it's unclear to me exactly and specifically what is going on. Much of my experience in the chip hobby has been very positive and fun, but I am uneasy that things seem to be going on "in the shadows" that I don't know the full story on. The main other area like this is the conflict between the club newsletter editor and the author of the California chip book I recently purchased. Again from what I can gather one may have stolen a valuable chip or chips from the other, but the whole story seems "in the shadows." I urge everyone to be frank about these things so newer members can understand what's going on.
