You may want to try calling their Florida office.
When I was collecting cruise line chips in the
early-90s, I would swing by a few of the business
offices once in a while to ask for chips that were
returned to them. I don't know if they still do it,
but it wouldn't hurt to ask. This is exactly how I
picked up chips from the Club Royale after it was
lost at sea. Once the boat was gone, their main
office was instructed to tell players that I would
redeem them at double face. Only picked up about
20-pieces, and when the second boat was in operation
the cage was kind enough to accept them and pass
them on to me for face.
