Nice size for the scan. When someone posts a 206K image (and that means it's going to take a few minutes to wait and see it) I just click back and ignore it. I wish I had a scanner. But instead I have the Mavica, which is great for macros or chips and general pictures. I try to keep the images in messages around 50k so it doesn't take so much time to download to the others cache.
