... Insanity??

Actually, the scan is a little hard to see, but there are no initials FBI on the chip. It says, "Department of Justice" across the top and "Federal Bureau of Investigation" across the bottom. I think it is the official FBI logo or seal.

I have had some ideas ----- maybe it's:

1) An AA chip from the FBI's private 12 step program. <g>

2) A home play chip produced by an FBI (or ex-FBI) employee.

3) A KGB or Mafia plot to undermine the "integrity" of the FBI by associating the bureau with illegal gambling.

4) A Bill Borland chip.
