My next door neighbor is a Federal Attorney. I gave a copy of the scan to him and he showed it around the Federal Building here. The FBI boys here told him that they had never seen it and the initials "FBI" on the chip probably stood for something other than Federal Bureau of Investigation! Sounds like plausible denial to me! (Yeah right... and Ruby Ridge was an honest mistake...)

BTW- I saw the movie "Arlington Road" yesterday. Makes some interesting points...
