It isn't just you Dick, but the $20,000 minimum bid has an unknown reserve. All that the seller says is that the reserve is a fraction of low TCR. That fraction could be 9/10ths. I can't imagine the reserve being lower than face and I'm not in a position to find out by placing a face-value bid.
